Worst Chinese food ever!
The noodles had hard crunchy dried out parts mixed in.
The beef dish was a warm gelatinous mess .
The shrimp was good but had an up charge. Everything looked leftover from lunch. Everyone was pleasant and had fast service but most of the food was not eatable. -

Average in pretty much every way. I was very excited to try Panda Express, as I have not had it since I was a kid at the mall. The hype was huge, the product was not. The nostalgia was not enough to disguise the mediocrity of the food. If I was rating on food alone, it would have been a 2, however their service redeemed the rating up to a 3.
Let me start by saying the service was wonderful. The servers and staff were beyond polite. They were courteous and friendly, and it felt like being served at Chick-Fil-A. Well done with the service.
The food was where it took a turn for the worse. Their serving sizes are laughable! We got an order of "cream cheese Rangoon" (apparently can't get with the rest of the world and put crab in it?) and when we got home there were THREE small, slightly burned rangoons. 3?? For an order? Anywhere else in the area you can count on at LEAST 4, usually 8! Not impressed. It was only $1.29, which should have been a dead giveaway, but wow! Charge more!! Up the price and provide us with an actual side!
We got a bowl of orange chicken, and it was the same thing. A few pieces of dry chicken with little sauce on top of a mound of dry white rice. I was so excited... and it was definitely a let down. Small portion sizes of very average food.
The saving grace of the food was the honey walnut shrimp. These were very tasty and not dry. Great flavor, and the candied walnuts were a good accompaniment.
Overall when you add in the service and the shrimp, and subtract out the portion sizes and the mediocre food, you get a very average experience, which is why I have to go with a 3 star rating. -

I thought the building was nice, clean and had a cool design. The food wasn't bad either. Not amazing, but I guess what you'd expect at a Chinese fast food place. The Shanghai Angus Steak was tasty. However I thought the Chow Mein was a little dry. Not bad for a $7 meal though. The egg roll was decent but had a little bit more ginger flavor than I'm used to.
I suppose I'd come back if in the area, but you're probably better sticking into the Chinese take out places. -

Hey,
At least you know what you're getting. It's on the clean side for fast food, which makes it down right inviting by Chinese standards. But when it comes to food, Panda Express is for one thing. When you absolutely have to put food in you, but you don't want to taste anything. Because Panda Express literally has no taste. Uncharacteristic of Chinese, even American Chinese, there's very little flavor involved, and somehow they've accomplished a completely homogenous texture profile. There's always a better choice.
